• 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 large shallots, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 c vegetable broth
  • 1/2 c pasta (I used ditali, but any small pasta variety)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Throw all the above in your instant pot. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Let naturally release. That’s it.
