Instant Pot Sauerkraut and Brats

This is an easy weeknight or lazy day dinner. You can sub out the brats for polish sausage or any German, Dutch or Eastern European sausage you like.

  • 1 lb package of sauerkraut (I used the refrigerated bag style, but you can use the jarred kind as well
  • 2 large or 3 small red onions sliced length-wise
  • 6 bratwursts

Put all ingredients in the instant pot. Turn on to slow-cooker and set to 2 hours.
