This is an easy weeknight or lazy day dinner. You can sub out the brats for polish sausage or any German, Dutch or Eastern European sausage you like.
- 1 lb package of sauerkraut (I used the refrigerated bag style, but you can use the jarred kind as well
- 2 large or 3 small red onions sliced length-wise
- 6 bratwursts
Put all ingredients in the instant pot. Turn on to slow-cooker and set to 2 hours.
