- 2lbs ground beef
- 1 red onion diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ground chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 can tomatoe sauce (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
Brown ground beef with onions and minced garlic. Add all other ingredients, stir and let come to a light boil. Reduce and simmer until thick
I served this on onion buns with sliced colby jack cheese, but you have yours as sloppy or as neat as you like!
**I did a second version eliminating the tomato sauce, reducing worchester to 2 tbsp and adding Chili Sauce. This also works very well.
