Ingredients:
- 4-6 Chicken thighs (you can use breast if you prefer, we prefer thighs)
- 1 c panko crumbs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix egg and milk together in a small dish. In a separate dish, mix panko crumbs and all seasonings. Dredge chicken in liquid mixture and then in panko mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 mins until a nice golden brown. Broil on high 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
