- 4-6 bone in pork chops
- 1/4 c rosemary
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 c olive oil
Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper over pork chops. Sprinkle with olive oil. Flip and do the same on the other side. Use a brush to evenly spread olive oil and spices on top side. Put in broiler. Broil 6 minutes. Check and flip pork chops. Broil another 6 minutes. Check doneness and broil up to 5 more minutes depending on thickness.
