I got a little distracted as we are currently trying to adopt new kittens, but here is week 12 of our quarantine cooking life.
We are still going on this quarantine ride. I feel like this diary, along with my calendar I use to menu plan, will probably be souvenirs we have to explain to our grandchildren someday.

As we continue our lives in quarantine or what our state calls a stay in place order, I am finding new and creative ways to explore my love of cooking.
I like eggs. Or, I used to. I love eggs. I have discovered eggs are one of those things I needed to take a second look at.
So I smoked a huge chunk of pork. It was very good all on its own, but I decided to do a few more things with it.
