Week 10 is a little later than planned, but this time it was my editor who was busy. How dare he think his actual work was more important. Kidding, he's wonderful.
We are still going on this quarantine ride. I feel like this diary, along with my calendar I use to menu plan, will probably be souvenirs we have to explain to our grandchildren someday.
My journey with bread baking continues to be fascinating. I've had some failures. I've had some successes. I've had a lot of fun along the way and I feel confident enough to try this crazy thing.

As we continue our exciting quarantine life, I continue to journal my cooking adventures. I love to cook and this has only given me more of an excuse to focus on it and share it.
